Based on experiments, we recommend using the reptile light bulb for 4-6 hours daily and replacing the heat lamp bulbs every 3 months for optimal UVA irradiation. Use in standard E26 lamp base, 120 volts, and install easily.

• Always use high-quality ceramic lamp holders.
• Avoid unstable voltages and do not use with dimmers, thermostats, or rheostats.
• Do not splash water during use.
• Maintain a distance of over 30cm from the reptiles.
• Do not turn the bulb on immediately after off and avoid frequent on-off cycles.
